Think of it as a road map for motherhood orienting each mom to where she is today, where she'd like to be, and then providing a personalized plan to help her get there. Based on each moms' responses to a 15-minute online questionnaire, she gets her customized plan with specific strategies and proven solutions to make motherhood easier and more fun.
- :: What inspired your Huggies® MomInspired™ award-winning design?
- :: I discovered that motherhood was the hardest job I had ever had — physically, mentally and emotionally. As a new mom, I felt unprepared for the responsibility. I was determined to feel successful in my new role, but I just wasn't sure how to get there. So I decided to approach motherhood like it was my career and focused on training and development. I took classes and attended seminars to develop my knowledge, skills and confidence. The Balance MAP reflects my practical experiences as a mom of seven and adds the research and science behind personal and family wellness to provide the strategies, tools, and best practices for raising a happy, healthy, and successful family.

- :: The design, execution, and validation of the Balance MAP are complete and we are thrilled with the outcome. The Balance MAP was launched in the spring of 2010. Numerous parenting and family experts have reviewed it, all with unanimous and enthusiastic endorsements using words like "revolutionary" and "innovative." We are seeing tremendous interest from the business community. Work/Life balance is a major issue facing many companies and they see the Balance MAP as the next generation tool for helping their working mothers. We are excited to empower and guide thousands of moms and their families in 2010.
